Our Music & Worship Department is well-known for its energetic and joyous Light Company Choir and Band. While we pursue musical excellence, we desire nothing more than to glorify God for Who He Is and to express our love to Him.
The Music and Worship Ministries are always looking for people who are gifted in praise and worship and talented in music and instrumentals and have a heart for serving the Lord and ushering people into His Presence.
The Light Company Choir
Our Light Company Choir leads our congregation into high praise and moving worship for our Sunday services, as well as serving on occasion with other ministries in praise and worship. The Choir is open to those 12 years of age or older with One Hour rehearsals every Wednesday, 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The Light Company Band
Our Light Company Band works together with our praise teams and assists in leading worship for our services. Most bands consist of piano, keyboard, acoustic, electric, and bass guitars, and percussion. Some instrumentalists play by ear, some read charts, and some read musical scores. Because of the nature of this ministry, an interview process is required.
