Partners in Prosperity is a ministry organized to provide encouragement and support to married couples. Our desire is that husbands and wives realize the powerful partnership potential of the marriage relationship.
Pastor Ron has often said, "The successful businesses of our country were originally mom-and-pop businesses. The husband and wife, and usually the children worked together to run successful enterprises from the retail store to the farm and agriculture industry. These couples learned how to translate their success at home into success in their business ventures."
We believe as well that the successful marriage is run much like a successful business. Marriage is a partnership where each partner brings their strengths and successes and life lessons to the partnership.
Drawing from over 30 years of marriage, Pastor Ron and Sis. Veda use these times of fellowship to discuss a wide range of subjects vital to the success of the marriage partnership. The principles are based on the timeless wisdom of the word of God.
For several years, Pastor Ron and Sis. Veda have facilitated an annual marriage retreat hosted by Pastor Tommie and Sis. Gloria Thompson… "One of the most important things we learned from Ron and Veda Shaw is how to understand one another. Because we know each other better, we now resolve our conflicts in a way that produces peace. Each year we're ready for a tune-up, and the message is always just what we need. We're still married and that says to us its working. We can hardly wait to hear them again!"
